Homebrew Trouble [re]installing SteelHax on Luma3DS (Sys 11.13.0-45U)

Ok, here is my problem.
I have Luma3DS installed on my 2DS (Sys 11.13.0-45U), but I can't get homebrew working anymore.

I was juggling 3DSBrew and WiiBrew on 1 SD Card, and was creating backups on my PC. I somehow corrupted my install of Windows 8.1, so I wiped the drive, losing the backups in the process.
Now I have a fresh SD card, but I can't get SteelHax working, since the [3ds hacks guide] for SteelHax is outdated (sort of).
The guide tells you to go to the Steelminer Injector Website [bruteforcemovable com steelhax ] to get a .sav file from your movable.sed but the website was changed, so it's just like regular bruteforcemovable to create the movable.sed file.

I don't know what to do next.

Your console still has CFW on it. its not something a sd card will get rid of. You need to get boot.firm onto the sd card and complete the finalizing steps of the guide again. Since you have cfw still, steelhax would give a crash when trying to use it as it is.
