Hardware Tri-Wing Screw is stripped

So I got metal locks for my joycons. I just sent them to nintendo because they were drifting. When I got them back on of the tri-wing screws on the back was stripped.
I tried to do the rubber band thing but it just broke.

Sounds like you're tri-screwed.

I dunno, try supergluing the screwdriver to the screw?

Sounds crazy but I've drilled several out with a very small bit. Just drill until the head is gone and then remove the rest with pliers.

Update: I got it off and replaced the screw, But I accidentally disconnected the rail connectors, I got the first one on (the one thats under the battery.
How do I connect the one behind the battery, I dont want to force it.
