If the game freezes at start you have to let the loader to the default options, i think you've forced the video mode because trauma team uses wide screen features and can't be forced to PAL50 for example because the game freezes.

oh lol, kinda old, and i kinda forgot but yeah, thx mayu, by reseting the settings to default i was able to play the game in black and white on my reg tv and in colour on my hd tv
