Hacking Trauma Center 2

I need help.

I am trying to play Trauma Center 2 in my Supercard sd.
I have firmware 1.85 and software 2.66.
Enable restart, DMA and patch access high are on, the rest are off.
When I load the game, two white screens and then two black screens.
I can't get past the black screens, even after some minutes.
Anyone knows how to fix this?

According to my friend, these settings work:

Restart, Faster Play, DMA, Patch access high
