ROM Hack Translation Request

Hi I'm new to the site so please excuse my weirdness if I have any. I need to get a translation for Chibi-Robo Happy Rich. It is a fun game and I can't read or speak Japanese. But on my R4 that I borrow time to time it gives me a message in Japanese so please make Patch or what ever it is. I tried looking for it and 0 searches.

GBATemp had a page of translations and it had Chibi-Robo Happy Rich on it but all the links died so thats why I made this topic.
