You need to block the enemy attack or intercept it, then attack in the right moment.
Use boots items and keep the distance.
I know that Nico's MirageGaogamon and Akiko's Houomon isn't great but you can win the battle.
Ok, so, I tried it again several times and it finally worked for me but initially it was baffling because it wouldn't work and I tend to make sure to have entered the correct code and also followed the right procedure. It could have been because I did the wrong method months ago and the second time around meaning recently there could have been a conflicting code activated or residual, also in another case my digimon was already set out to digivolve upon loading so it's all just bad instaces which made me believe it didn't work. So, with that said, thanks for providing the code!
On an even better note - I took my time to work on discovering better versions of other codes I found on here like no hunger and no sleepiness because when I used the no hunger code I found that even if it worked it still gave the notification every new area you entered, as for the no sleep code it had an issue where if you used it you wouldnt get the notification but still got the care mistake making it essentially just a code for removing the notification bubble.
Through trial and error at first I finally found one which worked but when I used it after the "turn on sleep again" code which I managed to discover in the process, it froze at saving the game which was very frustrating, but then I managed to get it right making a no sleep code which actually works, which also works with the sleep reactivation code.
On top of that just because I could not get your code working initially through mild exasperation I also created several convenient groupings of code from stats codes; a list of minimum requirements for every digimon with weight included so that you could trigger any allowed successive evolution in away which is "a bit more legit" using 'reduce evolution time to 0' code. It also works very good with the evolution code you provided so that the stats match exactly with the Digimon's criteria.
I also made one for having all items in warehouse at 99 quantity, and another group of code for all bag slots including the unlockable ones. The all items in warehouse one includes the items of Mt.Infinity so you might not like it if you want to stick to the lore.
Minimum requirements codes and full warehouse of items made possible also thanks to you and your very detailed tables of data!

Good one, but codes can be also be used for customizing gameplay to your liking or even making it more challenging (I guess), and there's also a thrill in discovering new codes by modifying existing ones.. it's like searching for gold. Even if used to cheat besides the excessive ones where you win the game at the push of a button, a code can make you feel like you attained a super power which could be well deserved if you already beat the game in the originally intended way, or are mid-through and got fed up with the chores.
