If something would be wrong, game would hangs Switch. It isn't, so everything should be translated and that's why it's not WIP.
To mods: HelpText.en.xml_bin is a compiled xml file. There are no additional assets in this file.

Yes, use 2.4.1 version works perfectly

Yep... Downgrade SX OS to 2.4.1 and all work's fine

No. It can be done with hex editor and excel.
