Hardware Transferring NNID between consoles with emunand

I'm planning on selling my N3DS, but I can't do a system transfer from new to old. My O3DS is still at 9.2 and I'm running an emunand on it. If I call up Nintendo to have them transfer the NNID to my O3DS, will Nintendo's network recognize the O3DS in emunand as the system to transfer to? The emunand is just my 3DS but pretending to be fully updated, right? As long as it's at the latest firmware it should get the signal. I just don't want to make the call to Nintendo and discover that it screwed up and I lost my NNID, since I have a few games that I would like to redownload and the NNID is attached to my WII U as well.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
