Is it possible to do this without a system transfer? Unless I'm mistaken, they're stored in the NAND rather than the SD. Savedatafiler can't be used for these saves, right?

Well SaveDataFiler doesn't even recognize those games so that's a no.

I tried transfering the whole games copying them to the SD card between 3 NANDs that had the same ticket.db but I could only transfer between 2 of them that were linked. (I couldn't transfer the games from my unlinked Emunand, which is where I had my saves).

So, as far as I know, the only way is between linked NANDs.

Thanks for clearing that up. Awww, too bad...

If you enencrypt a DSi Ware file, it gives you an *.NDS file, so possibly, you'd also get a *.SAV file with it?
If it does work like that, you can probably inject the save into the DSi Ware file on your other system.
