Transferring Dragon Quest VIII CIA file

So I have a Luma CFW 3DS LL that I play the orchestrated version of DQ VIII on. I recently moved from that console to a New 2DS LL, put Luma CFW on it, and now I want to somehow copy the same DQ VIII game with my save from my New 3DS onto my New 2DS. Would I use FBI?
Any guidance would be appreciated!

Normally install your game cia to your new 2ds. Just make sure it has the same region. And if it was updated on your 3ds then update to same version here too. Then transfer only save data from old 3ds to new 2ds. It is easy just google it.
