TRansfer splatoon 2 save from banned switch to clean switch.

I have a switch running CFW that got banned but before the ban i was playing online games, that i owned on a cartridge. Now i have a oled model to wich i want to transfer saves to. SPlatoon 2 is on of those games but after the ban i downloaded an nsp with DLC and contiued my save. If i want to transfer my save to the oled(running CFW)
1.do i need to buy the DLC first
2. is it safe if i buy the DLC

You would need to buy the dlc, as for banned splatoon has it own server, not sure if is linked to your profile, most ban are system ban.

Just get it off eshop, but you may as well check if you can play online on new unit first.

I've played a few matches on splatoon 2/3 and Ultimate, Never been a problem I now own all my online games physically and play the others on emunand. With my first switch banned i try do everything safely. I was just wondering if i can transfer my ANCH save trough JKSV/tinfoil because i can't get my hands on a good ACNH transfer tool NSP/XCI. (I'v even tried dumping my own but i am missing keys)

There are low chance of getting ban by messing with saves. Up to you.

Is used checkpoint to make a dump on my original switch. Tested it on my emunand( servers are bloccked by 90dns) and got into my ofw withouw cfw bought the dlc. Booted in nand with cfw transfered my game file on there. Got banned same day.

I've got 2 hypothesis
1. I already had a save before on this switch so going from level 1 to a level 12 with max story mode may have triggered nintendo servers

2. This used a dlc I played onto my emunand that was not my dump so maybe the key title of the original dlc (that was not mine) got me flagged.

Asked for an appeal with nintendo after 6 or 7 emails back and forth i am still banned so be safe before doing anything.
