Transfer save games from Switch console to PC with backups

Hello !
I wanted to know if there is a way to import my Zela TOTK save files to randomize it in my PC ?
I don't really want to install an Homebrew on my Switch because I don't want to take the risk of getting banned (want to play Smash Ultimate online and stuff)

I read that backing up the NAND could transfer the save data, but can that backup be restored with new (played with Yuzu) save data? Is doing that safe?

However I am not aware that you can import the save again without using homebrew (meaning that cfw is required). It can be done but I am not sure that it will be safe from being banned or not.
