Hacking Transfer save from emunand to real.

I've been having a bit of trouble with emunand, saying my save games are corrupt and wanting to delete them, If I reset the game it works fine and that's O.K. for me, but if my kids go on the game they are likely to delete it.

Can I transfer them back to real nand, and if so how?
