Gaming transfer profile to new Wii U

I know you can direct transfer profile and content through the settings, but I was wondering if there was an alternative route to transferring my legit downloaded DS game and profile to a new Wii U. I have haxchi loaded on the system fyi. And if there is not, could i sign into a new Wii U and redownload my purchase I made from the eShop onto the new system. Thank you in advance for any help!

There's no "alternate way", especially if I guessed correctly why you care about said DS game

You may write to Nintendo and ask for a manual transfer (they will force logout your NNID so that you can use it on another console) but of course it won't be valid for the first anymore, then
