Apple Transfer Playlists iPhone -> Desktop / iTunes?

Hey guys,

So I recently upgraded my computer (clean install), but foolishly forgot to backup my iTunes playlists.

Is there a way to transfer the playlists on my iPhone to my PC / iTunes?
I've Googled this, but quite surprisingly, there's no clear-cut answer.

People have suggested some programs, but most are out of date and won't support the iPhone or the current firmwares.

Try a program called Sharepod. My iPod Touch is on iOS4 and was found easily. Just click backup iPod and you'll be able to copy your entire song library off your iPod, I'm also pretty sure there's a way to get just the playlists if you already have your music.
