Gaming Transfer Items from Alpha Sapphire to Omega Ruby

I have several Pokemon and Items(master balls, etc) I'd like to transfer from Sapphire to Ruby. What is the easiest way to do this? I know that I can transfer the Pokemon using poke transporter, but what about the items?

I have a new 3DS, and have both games. I can get my hands on another 3DS if it's necessary.

Also wanting to know if it's possible to do the same thing with Black 2 to Omega Ruby.

you can't transfer items with PokéTransfer. You can with 2 3DS. or other easy way it's using PkHex. and adding the items, and deleting your items in your other game. it's like if you transfer it.

you can't transfer items beetwen 5 and 6th Gen.
For using PkHex, you need to extract your (3)DS Game.

just use pkhex to spawn all items in omega ruby. there's several choices in the menus for various things you can do. spawning all items, TM/HM, Key items and more is available.
