Transfer games, saves and everything

Hi.
I would like to move all games, game data, game saves, homebrew apps, and generally everything I have on a smaller memory card to a larger memory card.
Is it possible? If so, how should I do it? It is enough that the content of the smaller memory card is simply copied (move and drop) to another memory card using a computer, is there any software needed for this?
The first version of the Nintendo Switch, atmosphere.

I was thinking about taking this on today also. My 128gb is full and I want to move over to a 512gb. I have basically the same setup as you so I'll be watching this thread closely. Not sure if it matters, but do you have AutoRCM enabled?
