Transfer eshop app from one 3ds to another post-closure

I just bought a New 3ds XL to replace my original 3ds, off of Ebay. I'm not going to receive it in time to get anything from the eshop because of postage time, but the seller downloaded Pokemon Bank on there for me.

He wasn't able to get Poke Transporter, we assumed because there was no save data on that system.

My original 3ds has both bank and transporter on it, is it possible to export transporter from that device and install it on to the new one when I receive it?

3dsx to go directly to PokeTransporter's eShop page (paywall bypass) - Reddit
You can use the .3dsx but you need CFW. You could also do a system transfer if you want.

My existing 3ds has cfw on it, I'm def. going to do the same on the new one. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out

For non pirated content, you have to use faketik to get them to reappear if you do system transfer.
