I currently have my Switch Oled setup with an emunand (reduced size from 64gb to 4gb) . Would it be possible to transfer my emunand to sysnand?

Possible? yes, recommended NO. your SYSNAND couldn't be resized and the process to revert a reduced NAND to a full size isn't easy.
