Hacking Transfer data from old SD card to new one

So I installed CFW for my New3DS (11.7.0) with the help of 3ds.hacks.guide and my SD is nearly full so I bought a new one.
I'am not really into CFW and stuff, so I just wanna ask if I can just copy everything from my old SD card to the new one ?

Yes (if the new card is SDXC, reformat it first to FAT32)

@tRIXelele, before you start using that card, check it with H2testw. Make sure 100% nothing is wrong with it, like if the card's not fake or defective. Can't trust online retailers AND local stores because counterfeit products can and do slip onto the store shelves.
