ROM Hack tranfering saves from another 3ds console.

I want to know the easiest way to to transfer a save from a gateway 3ds over to my a9lh 3ds. I want to transfer my Stella Glow save over,( This was a .3ds from the gateway card) over to a cia format of the game on the a9lh 3ds.
What is the easiest method?
