About More Portrait Mods in Trails from Zero on Nintendo Switch

I just started Trails from Zero, felt in love with the game and stumbled on the More Portrait Mods but it is exclusive on PC.

and I’ve search a way to implement the mod to my modded switch and couldn’t find one.

Is anyone have try to use this mod on Switch version? If not, is there any way I could implement this by myself?
