Gaming tracing a ip or reporting?

hi, somehow my rapidshare + hotmail account got hacked by this british guy. after recovering our account we have his ip. is there a way we can report him (or atleast f**k him up?) thx

You could do a reverse DNS check to get more information and then report him to his ISP. Not much else you can do.
