Alright I need to learn how to use this new part of the M3i Zero.
I click the DS button and I have no games in there, they are in the file area.
Am I supposed to make a folder for my games?

Touchpod is old!
When you are clicking on the games icon, inthe bottom left corner there is a folder icon, click that.
Then you can select the folder whrer the roms are.
If they are in the root ,click the dot folder, that is the root.

TouchPod has better homebrew compatibility and is updated slightly faster than Sakura, so it's usually able to play ROMs with anti-piracy protection before Sakura can. If Sakura won't load a certain homebrew or ROM, try TouchPod. Otherwise, there is no reason to use it.

By default, TouchPod searches for ROMs in two folders on the root of your card called "NDS" and "GBA." You can either create those folders in the root of your card and put your .nds and .gba ROMs in them, or you can point TouchPod to the correct directories if you have differently-named folders. To do this, tap the NDS icon, then in the lower-left corner of the screen there's a tiny folder icon. Tap that and navigate to the directory where all your .nds ROMs are. Do the same thing for the GBA icon.

you can also press start while on the nds option to change the directory as opposed to tapping the folder icon with the stylus. I don't see any problem with touchpod, it's easier to design themes(skins) for, it's easier for kids to navigate(my daughter uses it), and like den said it has better homebrew compatibility and is usually updated before sakura.

Yes sakura is more sleek and has much better touchscreen controls but I prefer to use touchpod anyway.
