Hardware Touch screen only works in bits?

Hi so trying to take my dead switch back alive, I can load it into hekate but have noticed the touch screen does not work all over the screen?
Basically it works around the edges but not in the middle?
Could this be down to the connection from the screen to the board?
Does anyone know which ribbon cable it is that controls touch so I can see if there are any bent pins?

Its connected to the cartridge reader.

The ribbon for the picture goes straight to the board and the backlight ribbon is located on the bottom next to the joycon ribbon.Just in case [emoji16]
