Hacking Touch and buttons issue

Hello my friend sent his 3ds to install cfw and luma but now the touch and buttons don't work, only works on fbi app if he try to select another app icon but he cant touch any button or the touch screen

Take out any flashcarts before booting.
If no good try restoring a NAND backup (after making a backup of its current state).

He don't have a backup, maybe a restore works?

I don't think there's much you can do in this case. If a9lh is already installed then try doing a system update to write back any missing system titles.

Maybe force an update of all titles with a recovery menu update? A9LH should stay intact still these days, right kitty?

Yep Luma should keep firm protection.
