Hacking Too many problems

Hi guys,
I got some more problems for my tastes so I would like to reinstall all cIOS and IOS from the beginning to have a more stable Wii conditions.

As I said in another topic, my Wii is no more able to receive messages from other Wiis and I'm having lots of troubles in installing the Hermes cIOS because the installer return always error 1017.
I have the 4.3Wan with the IOSX rev20b installed and my console is PAL.

How can I make a simple reinstall of all to have a more stable softmodded Wii?

I can't help you with starting over, but I can help you with the Hermes problem. I also got the same error, I was just unable to install with the installers. If you already have 249 installed, just use it to install WADs of the Hermes cIOSes.

Can you please tell me how or where to find the Hermes cIOSes WADs?

And what about if I use NUS to emulate the European Wii firware and I download all the IOS in a wad and install it with wad manager?
