For that matter I don't know how much it costs RHS to ship to Canada.

To the USA Simplymods is only $39.98 compared to RHS which is $41. RHS is also out of stock atm.

I ordered my SCDS2 from ShopTemp with UPS Express shipping (big mistake), when I received it there was a $2.68 surcharge on there that was not in the final price on my bill from ShopTemp. This fee was actually the GST.

If you buy and ship from outside Canada you may encounter that as well. UPS doesn't accept cash so I had to write a check (or use a credit card, which I didn't have at the time) for $2.68. Waste of a check.

It likely won't occur with free shipping though.
