Homebrew Tomodachi Collection patching?

There is no AP patch available on DS Scene Rom Tool, does anyone know how I could patch it so I can play with DSiMenu++ on my New 3DS? I don't know much about this stuff, so noob friendly explanations would be appreciated. Thanks
