I actually have Nintendo Fan Network on my 3DS' SD Card if that works? I know this thread is old, but searching for how to dump dsiware games and saves brought me here and I thought I'd at least offer some help.

No offense, but If you have no idea what to do with it, its useless to you.

Anyway, as long as Nintendos Server is up, that TMD data + the app itself which is encrypted but can be decrypted with the algorithm that was leaked - can be downloaded right from Nintendos server still

Could you add the North American 3ds transfer tool tmd file? it's

I can't post links yet, but if you search up "DSi title database" in a web browser without the quotes, than go to the DSiBrew website link *It should be the first one that pops up* You can then search for your title. for example if it's just normal DSiware and you live in Europe *United States for me* you would click 1.1 Europe, so click your region below whatever kind of application you want, as shown in the screenshot below.

So say you wanted to know the TMD of WarioWare: Snapped! You would just look at the numbers and letters in the brackets in the title ID section, as shown below.

So you can see that it is 4B555756. Different regions have different TIDs (Title ID's) So click your region, and not Europe.
Because it is a normal DSiware, the type is 00030004. 00030004 + 4B555756 = 000300044B555756. So type that number in the search bar of you file manager, and there you have the tmd.

Now to actually install it, you have to go to the first page of the NTM release thread by searching in a web browser

[Release] NTM - NAND Title Manager for DSi

and click the gbatemp thread and click the link that sends you to the wiki.

I hope this helped you.
