Hacking Titles keep dissapearing

I have FE:awakening and FE:iF installed on my Emunand
and every time i boot up Emunand
it dissapears and then when i go to FBI 1.4.2 and exit
they appear again.
any way of fixing it?
im on RxTools Emunand

Are your nands linked?
Are the cia's out of region?

Most likely them are out of region cias, since it needs a lid close or enter to an aplet (like broser) to make them show up again. Is a common problem, you should apply a region free patch to your cias before installing them and the problem will be gone.

I am running RXTools on my EU 3DS and after i imported a US CIA game constructed by myself from a .3DS format ROM, it does not show in the menu.

I keep my gateway cart in + launcher.dat on the SD and use FBi to switch the MSET to gateway and boot GW emunand to play. The reason for this is because when you hit the home button after launching titles from FBi (change brightness etc.) the console freezes up and goodbye game progress!

Patiently waiting for a region free solution to be coded into RXTools
