Is there any way to know what titles there is in the "Nintendo/Contents" folder ? Because I deleted some titles while the SD card wasn't inserted on the switch, like Skyrim update or Retroarch in .nsp version, resulting that they don't appears on the homescreen nor the apps settings anymore, but they are still inside the SD card... So I want to delete them manually. Is there any way to know which title it is from the lower_case_hex.nca folder ?

Could be wrong but I don't think there is a program that can see those files on a computer. Why would you delete them when the sd card isn't in the Switch?

Just unpack NCAs and see files inside. Many of them have traces of what it is (f.e. many Unity games have saveicons from PS4 in StreamingAssets)

There is currently no database of title NCAs. When I was in your position I had to download each of the NSPs for the titles I removed and checked the NCAs in them with Hactool. It was only 3 for me but very tedious.
