If you are thinking "like abgx360 but for the original xbox" or what we see for http://www.advanscene.com/ https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.php?page=search&op=datset&s=64 various MAME dats and whatever else where you quite often have internal names, internal serials, version numbers and whatever else is needed to make a unique ID of a ROM for your particular purposes I don't know that such a thing really existed for the original xbox -- being several gigs in size, no real concern for accuracy (and that was just in the people shrinking them and calling that a Scene release, never mind further ripping, alphabetical dumping (as opposed to disc order/location) and combining things to make multi game discs) and no emulators worth speaking of then it is not a thing people tended to concern themselves with.
https://web.archive.org/web/20191030152321/http://www.abgx.net/xbox_releases_date.txt has list of scene names. https://web.archive.org/web/20181023015038/http://www.abgx.net/filename/ being the umbrella part of it.
