Misc Tinyformat. Sysnand formatting and error 005 5964 ban lifting? OLD 3DS

So I have an Old 3ds which was banned for illegal digital games sold to me (Error 005-5964). However I can access homebrew, downgrade and install CFW. I know Tinyformat separates the sysnand from emunand, but If I format the sysnand and create a new NNID, the ban would get lifted?

Looking forward for your quick reply. I really miss go into the Eshop, even when I can install Cia games. But I do.

I don't think so. Nintendo bans the console and this goes deeper than creating a new sysnand id.

But well, maybe I'm wrong, lol.

Nope, there's no possible way as they ban based on your console ID.

I think (correct me if I'm wrong) that if you were to somehow change that ID on emuNAND it would break because the 3DS (and the CFW running on the 3DS) uses that ID to decrypt the actual emuNAND itself
