Tinfoil sysnand

Has anyone installed only tinfoil to sysnand (and no other stuff/games) and gotten away with it?
No, i did not install. I have one like this. It is not banned. Yes i know that once your sysnand is "dirty" you ll most def get banned. BUT im just curious.

You will just get banned if you turn off the DNS to block Nintendo servers without rolling back the clean SysNAND Backup. But yes if you use Tinfoil as a NSP the SysNAND gets dirty, but if you use it as a NRO, its fine until you install NSP's to SysNAND.
