Homebrew PS1/2 Tihwin — OPL-compatible PS2 tool for making split files

Tihwin is USBUtil alternative for Mac and Linux. Works on Windows as well.
Created to split big files. For example, I'm using it with mx4sio.

License GPLv3 or higher

Requirements:

• Java (not needed for Windows if 'Installer.exe' used)
