I like it. Having it available on console is infinitely more convenient to rebooting my Mac into Windows and playing Trilogy through Dolphin.
However, I have a rant about how they could have improved the controls:
I have been using dual stick controls with gyro, but wish the gyro would work as it does in pointer mode i.e. you continue turning once your cursor hits the side of the screen (/ smaller window as in Advanced controls on Wii). Currently your facing direction rather than turning speed is mapped to the joycon facing direction, so returning to pointing forward turns Samus back to your original direction.
Yes, I know actual pointer mode exists, but then I lose additional steering with the right stick, having it change beams as in the GC version. Trilogy on Wii obviously lacked the C-stick, so this was mapped to holding a button and pointing, so why can't they do something like this in Remastered and keep camera control with the right stick?
