Anytime I open a ds(i) app, whether it's a twl cartridge or downloaded dsi app, this error occurs:

An error occurred (errdisp)

Error type: generic

Process ID: 19
Process name: am
Process title ID: (ds(i) app title id)

Address: 0x001093aa
Error code: 0xc8804478

Can anyone fix this? I've tried the TWLFix-CFW app but that still doesn't work.

A little questioning for getting a little more Information please:

- Which Device please ?
- Is your Device modded (Luma for example) ?
- Did you have checked your SD Card (if modded) of Errors/Corruptions please ?
- Do you use TWiLight Menu ?
- Which TWL Carts did you have tried please ?
- Which DS() Apps did you have tried please ?
- Do you use maybe NTR Plug Ins ?

Thank you for your Help.😉

Thank you.😉

Maybe this Guide can help you:
https://3ds.hacks.guide/troubleshooting

Functionality-related issues on modded devices

DSi / DS functionality is broken, or has been replaced with Flipnote Studio

  1. Download the latest release of TWLFix-CFW (the .3dsx file)
  2. Power off your device
  3. Create a folder named 3ds on the root of your SD card if it does not already exist
  4. Copy TWLFix-CFW.3dsx to the /3ds/ folder on your SD card
  5. Reinsert your SD card into your device
  6. Open the Homebrew Launcher
  7. Launch TWLFix-CFW from the list of homebrew
  8. Press (A) to uninstall the broken TWL titles
  9. Press (Start) to reboot the device
  10. Perform a System Update by going to System Settings, then “Other Settings”, then going all the way to the right and using “System Update”
    • The update will see that the essential TWL titles have been uninstalled, and will redownload and reinstall them
  11. Once the update is complete, tap “OK” to reboot the device

Good Luck.😉

Good Morning.😊

Great to hear ! Very good.👌
Would you be maybe so kind and tell us your Solution please ?
It would maybe help other Users with such Issue.

Thank you and have now Fun again with your modded Device.😊👌
Ok this is the way I got them working again:
So first, download this app: https://db.universal-team.net/3ds/3ds-recovery-tool (or just download it from universal updater app). get the CIA or 3dsx file (You can do whichever but I recommend the CIA) launch it go to advanced wipe, then click "Wipe all TWL titles", then click yes if it asks to confirm. now all TWL titles should be gone from the home menu. now all you have to do is reinstall them from the eShop or wherever you got them and you hopefully should be able to launch TWL titles now.
