Think i have messed up, please help

So just tried updating my switch for the 1st time, I used the all in one updater and updated hekate and atmosphere, but on reboot I cannot open tinfoil or hbmenu, just get the cannot start software error. But all my games still work.
My next stage was to update Firmware, but I don't know how to now.

What have I done wrong here guys and how do I fix it
