Hacking There is a way to quickly install devmenu on another 3ds?

Hi

I install rxtool, devmenu, hax and other thing like that in february for playing .cia and evrything is fine

But a member of my family want to have it too, so i have a little question

There is a way to install devmenu by drag file from sd card to another or thing likethat? (She is in 9.6)

On 9.6 no.
She needs a CFW, and for that she needs a downgrade to 9.2 and at least an emuNAND.
Then, I'd recommend a9lh since it's just faster and safer (once installed) than menuhax, but your choice.

Also, I'd recommend you to switch to Luma instead of rxTools which is dead and not maintained anymore, which means that yeah, it works and "it ain't broke" but it won't necessarily always work as well.
