Homebrew Themes won't install

I'm having trouble installing themes on A9LH 10.6. I'm trying to install a .cia, but it never shows up in the theme menu. And if I have a theme already active that was purchased, it goes away after I tried installing the .cia theme.
What am i missing here? i know I've probably overlooked something, but this is frustrating.

Are you using FBI? FBI doesn't install the theme CIAs properly. They'll say they installed properly, but never actually appear.

Try using something like DevMenu (can't link here due to legal concerns, but it's easy to find). Other CIA installers might work too.

That was my problem.I knew it happened before, but I couldn't remember how I fixed it.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
