Hi, trying to customize my emuNAND a bit more, I've got a few questions (o3dsXL EU 9.2 sysNAND 10.3 emuNAND)

1. Should I update to 10.4 through emuNAND?

2. Is it possible to put badges on an AU console/I've never had the badge app. Do I need to gain eShop access and download it first?

3. I looked at this tutorial https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-full-guide-to-3ds-home-menu-badge-customization.403854/ but it says "This guide assumes that you're not using Savedatafiler with emuNAND," I do use SaveDataFiler.cia on an emuNAND. Does that mean I can't use this tutorial?

4. How do I install themes correctly and use the shuffle feature? Last time I tried the emuNAND wouldn't boot so I had to inject a backup again. Do I need to get a .cia of CHMM2 on my emuNAND and try from there? What files does a theme require?

1. up to you

2. yes it is I have a AU console and i did it on my sysnand and you will have to download the badge arcade from the eshop.

3. you just have to install homebrew menu on your emunand and savedatafiler will not work that reads save files. Badges are stored on your extdata.

4. let me guess you where using menuhax. you have to unlink your nands first then install homebrew menu on your emunand to install a theme on your emunand without it stuffing up menuhax.

You did it on your sysNAND? I only want themes on my emuNAND. Do I still need to get it on my sysNAND somehow though?

yes i did it on my sysnand before i downgraded. and you just have to install homebrew menu use the tools for the tutorial and you should be good just make it that you run the tool on emunand not sysnand

Do I need to delete menuhax to be able to use CHMM2? Won't that fuck with my cold booting into rxtools/emunand 10.3?
