Homebrew Themely Crash

Nope. I don't use Rosalina for anything and for me to open it, I have to press the power button to get to sleep mode and the press the home button and open Rosalina immediately.

That's possibly the problem then since Rosalina is hooking into the sleep menu, which is also part of the home menu. I'm not sure if clearing Luma's configuration resets Rosalina, but I guess it's worth a shot. Why would you even set that as the key anyway? It'd make more sense to me to set a combination that you'd never press under any normal circumstance (y'know, the default combo).

Oh, ok. I thought you set it to the power button for whatever reason. So this problem persists even with the SD removed? If that's the case then your NAND may be dying. Though I guess you could also try clearing the Luma configuration from the NAND to see if that does anything.

themely is dead,i suggest you use Astronautlevek2's Anomene3ds theme & splash manager.

Ummmm Themely is actively developed by ErmanSayin. Just because he left this site doesn't mean he stopped working on his project. The latest update was a day ago. The one before that, 5 days ago.

I think he means "dead" as far as community standards go, and I share that sentiment. Also, dem release notes, bruh. Someone that needs to defend themselves that much has some serious insecurities.

Sure, but saying a project is dead when it has active development is quite misleading. I'm not recommending it over Anemone3DS, or vice versa. No need to obscure the truth. Personally I'm using Themely because I don't see any reason to switch to Anemone3DS. It works fine for me and I don't care about dev<->community issues.

Choice of theme manager is down to opinion and preference, something we don't have the right to bash others for.

The Themely thread is dead on GBAtemp despite active updates, so Themely is still very much alive. People may prefer Anemone3DS however due to the fact it throws in Splash Screen managing.

Again, it's down to preference, something we can't bash people for.

If anyone cares, I fixed the problem by booting up without an SD card and installing one of the Nintendo themes. Although for some reason my Pokemon saves were corrupted but I recovered them.
