Misc Theme volume changes everytime I restart 3ds

When I install my anemone theme the bgm is at a nice low volume, but when I restart my 3ds it's loud af. How can I fix this?

This only happens with a theme I made by using another theme's bgm. I appreciate any help!

Does this appear to happen with running games without the theme applied? Could be a sticky volume slider.

Hello, sorry for late reply. My volume slider is fine. What happens is that when I apply the theme the bgm is at the correct, kinda low volume which is nice. When I open and close games it's still fine. When I turn the 3ds off and then on is when the bgm volume changes and it gets even louder than some games. I copied and pasted the .bcstm file from another theme into this one and I think there's the problem. The original theme with the bgm always keeps the same bgm volume even when restarting the console. Any idea why and how I can stop the bgm volume from changing?

It does the same, I even tried to set the volume of the bmg in usagi but it still changes.

My guess also would be your volume slider
