Hacking Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call SAVE Problem

Hi guys ..
This is my problem
I have played the recent FF in the gateway omega 2.1 with emunand updated ..
No problem with the game until I finish playing , shut off the game ,then I put the game on again and IT DOESNT SAVE THE DATA and makes me play the Tutorial AGAIN and choose characters AGAIN.... but most strangely , IT SAVES MY RECORDS AND SCORES ....

Any answers ?????

My guess is you've downloaded a bad rom, try one from another site. You've got nothing to lose as it didn't save your progress.

I don't undertand these FF cc problems. I watched the rom dump scene to keep an eye on when the dump was released. I dl'ed it the day of release.
A few days later i see a small text next to the rom, stating it that it was a bad rom.

But let this be known. If you dl'ed the rom from the website *********** on the day of release, you got a fully working rom.

If it doesn't work now, they replaced a working rom with a non working rom.

My save games are all fine.

The previous release was nuked, you have to use the repack release : Theatrhythm_Final_Fantasy_Curtain_Call_REPACK_JPN_3DS-Caravan

I've played a lot with FF theatrhythm and I had no problems so far. I've unlocked all secret characters and leveled 7-8 characters to level 99, just to give you an idea of how much I played. I don't know if there was only one release, and I don't know which one mine is, since I renamed it, but it seems to be ok.

You probably are talking about the first Theatrhythm game.
There's a second one released last April 24th 2014 in japan, and there is a bad dump.

unless you already unlocked all that on the second one.

I have this ..... fantasy where they make another one of these games, but with Rockband type music. I mean don't get me wrong I love old FF game music, but would be so nice to play the same game but with rock/rap/etc.

I need some clarification here. I can see that my initial post got edited. The homepage adress got removed.
The link that was removed was NOT a ROM-site. It's a hp for information on firmware, region who dumped etc. It does not host any roms.

If any credibility left here, then start by removing all post redirecting to that homepage.

That list PONG has made is pure pricelessness, why in the world can't we point to that.

They probably weren't paying attention. They read "I downloaded the rom from the website xxxxxxx.com" and immediately edited it. Anyone who's been paying any attention at all in the 3DS hacking forums would know that 3ds.essh.co only contains info about ROMs, not any actual download or links to downloads.

That being said, it is weird as to why you even had the hypothetical scenario of downloading from that site.

Don't worry, it's perfectly safe to link to 3ds.essh.co. Just be more careful when you talk about downloading roms then immediately writing down a website.

I also did that mistake once, someone came in a 3DS Rom thread and said "to download lots of free games, go there xxxxxx"
I deleted that link right away, while it was legit PC games, not even 3DS related.
users just like to advertise everywhere... or write ambiguous comments.

Considering you guys have to deal with tons of spambots doing the same thing, I'm fine with you guys accidentally nuking a post every now and then.

You still haven't answered the question on how to fix it... and honestly this is the closest thing I can find on fixing the save problem which is extremely annoying because I'm sure i would love to play, but without it saving correctly I can't.

Are you playing Japanese, EU, or US version? And are you encountering the same exact problem that the OP is?
