The Terminator

Talk about The Terminator here.

For me, I don't care about films much and haven't watched many but Terminator is brilliant (T1 and T2).

While the first one had a much better atmosphere T2 was for me the more enjoyable film once the action starts to kick in.

T3, T4 and T5 do not exist to me.

I think it's common opinion that Terminator 2 is one of the best action films of all time, it improved on the excellent original in every way. I haven't watched it in a long time though, despite having the blu-ray. I would have loved seeing it in the cinema though!

I don't mind T3, but it's certainly not in the same league.

Remastered editions are never as good as the original, though.
T1 gun sound effects are completely destroyed in the DVD release from what I heard, especially the revolver pistols.
