There is place holder code in B/W for Kyurem to have a Forme, turns out the person who found it decided to double check to see if D/P had somthing simular for Rotom, Shaymin and Giratina and it did.

No acual data for the forme, there is some data in the game that lists info about each pokemon's forme. all without any formes is listed as 0s, one with are listed as number of forms with other data for other stuff about the pokemon. so a shaymin has land and sky so its listed as 2. Kyurem is listed as 1. being listed as having 1 forme doesnt really mean much but sice all other single forme pokemon is listed as 0 makes you wonder. when the dude double checked D/P (at the time if you dont remember D/P had no sky shaymin forme, as well as rotom and giratina and thier formes) shaymin, rotom and giratina was listed as having 1 forme and not just 0 like all the rest.
