More progress in the homebrew scene, Kernel access, an actual stable Homebrew launcher, ect. Basically when the 3DS becomes as stable a homebrew scene as the Wii, it will be of interest to me. For now, I will keep my system on 9.9 and turned off until something happens.

It'll get there eventually. Right now we've got homebrew cold-booting (for all firmwares from 9.0-10.1 right now) into CFW (9.2 and below still, I hope that changes though), and there's a nice homebrew launcher/menu being made by @mashers that is beginning to make the original one obsolete. I'd say give it another few months and see what happens.

Oh, and um..if my constant quoting is annoying you (because of alerts), just let me know. I'm not trying to be annoying or anything.
