Hardware the software was closed because an error occurred

Hi everyone,
i just bought a used nintendo switch thats was selled as broken.
The error "The software was closed because an error occurred" occurs after an indefinite period of time after opening a game. For now I have only tried downloaded games, therefore not physical.
The curious thing is that software like youtube does not give any problems.
I have tried to format several times, but nothing happened. I can assume it's a RAM problem or the nand

Are the games installed to the eMMC or the SD? Is the SD FAT32? Have you tried reinstalling your system version using Daybreak? Have you tried reinstalling problematic games?

thanks for your reply, the games are installed to the eMMC and yes i tryed to format and reinstall but nothing happened.
For system reinstallation I will definitely try

You can also make sure that cheats are not auto-enabled thru Edizon. Ex: system_settings.ini file. That will make games crash on start-up sometimes.

If you haven't already done so, I'd also delete the atmosphere folder on the SD card and redownload Atmosphere and the proper signature patches.
