ROM Hack The R4 firmware

How would one go about decompiling the R4 firmware?

All I really want to do is find and edit the images inside _DS_MENU.DAT. Would be kinda cool to get a look at how it works too.

"Remove" as in completely remove that option..leaving two? Or do you just want to have that option function as something else? Because that's possible without having to edit the code.

Yeah happy that v1.05eng has been released!!

I know what your thinking Katalyst just replace the _DS_MSHL.NDS with a different rom.

But it would be nice to actually edit the system i.e. change font colors and reposition clock add/remove buttons.
